Baccarat Banque Regulations and Plan
Baccarat Codes
Baccarat banque is gambled on with eight decks of cards in a dealer’s shoe. Cards under ten are valued at face value while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are made on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).
Two hands of two cards are then given to the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The total for each hand is the sum of the cards, however the first digit is dropped. e.g., a hand of 5 and 6 has a total of one (five plus six = 11; ditch the initial ‘1′).
A 3rd card can be given out based on the rules below:
- If the gambler or banker has a score of 8 or 9, both players stay.
- If the player has five or lower, he takes a card. Players otherwise stay.
- If the gambler stays, the bank takes a card on five or lower. If the player hits, a chart is employed to decide if the banker stands or hits.
Punto Banco Odds
The higher of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out 19:20 (even money minus a 5% commission. The Rake is kept track of and cleared out when you leave the table so make sure you have cash left over before you quit). Winning bets on the player pay 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie normally pays 8 to 1 but occasionally 9:1. (This is a bad bet as a tie occurs lower than one in every ten hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. However odds are astonishingly better for 9 to 1 versus 8:1)
Gambled on correctly baccarat gives pretty good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.
Baccarat Chemin de Fer Strategy
As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has a handful of accepted false impressions. One of which is close to a absurdity in roulette. The past is not an indicator of events about to happen. Recording previous results on a chart is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper needs.
The most accepted and possibly the most successful scheme is the 1-3-2-6 method. This tactic is deployed to build up winnings and limit losses.
Begin by placing 1 chip. If you win, add 1 more to the 2 on the table for a total of 3 chips on the second bet. If you win you will have six on the game table, take away four so you have 2 on the 3rd round. Should you come away with a win on the 3rd wager, add two on the four on the game table for a grand total of six on the 4th bet.
Should you don’t win on the 1st bet, you take a loss of one. A profit on the initial wager followed by a loss on the second creates a loss of two. Success on the 1st two with a loss on the 3rd gives you with a gain of two. And wins on the 1st 3 with a loss on the 4th means you balance the books. Succeeding at all four rounds gives you with 12, a profit of 10. This means you will be able to lose the 2nd bet five instances for each favorable streak of 4 bets and in the end, break even.
